We currently accept ages 7 and up.

We currently offer virtual sessions.

The first session (usually60 min) is as important to me as it is to you. During the first session, we will meet to discover your needs as well as how I as a provider can help you. During this time we will look at the "whole picture". We will discuss your medical history and current labs to ensure that chronic conditions such as an infection, thyroid, and/or diabetes, are ruled out as some of these conditions can mimic psychiatric conditions. After a careful review of medical history, we will then look at your current neurobiology. During this time we will discuss treatment options which may include medications and their side effects, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and exercise patterns. As this process may take some time, please be aware that medication prescribing may not be given during the first initial encounter. Follow up sessions (30 min)during this time we will discuss what is going well and what is not.
